Rhea Campbell brings an extensive knowledge of the Chicago area real estate market with over 16 years of experience working in Chicago’s Downtown Business District. Coupling her understanding of the local market with strict attention to her client’s needs allows Rhea to bring unique solutions to her clients that support their business objectives.

Rhea’s approach is strategic rather than merely transactional in that she assesses a client’s entire real estate portfolio and constructs from it an entirely customized business solution. Throughout her career, Rhea has represented a variety of clients from diverse industries including finance, insurance, not-for-profit, law, and travel and meeting planning services. Prior to founding Bella Terra Partners LLC, Rhea worked for CB Richard Ellis for four years. Prior to that, she spent over thirteen years in hotel and destination sales, marketing and management with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Tourism Vancouver, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. As a result of the training she received from those firms, Rhea has learned to bring unparalleled customer service and a rare degree of polish to every client.
